One of the great things about Architecture is the great body of knowledge that has been obtained by a long history of human building. By researching and appreciating projects that have been built in the past, especially those that have similar qualities to what we are working on, we get the opportunity to learn from those who have gone before us, and one day, to add to that knowledge base.

In our case, we are looking at timber structures that span gathering spaces where groups of people can congregate and make merry.
